A Davidson College environmental studies major and member of the Davidson Sustainability Information Lab, Becky Johnson ’16, needs your help!
As part of her senior capstone research, Becky has developed an individual sustainability certification called CertifiedSaver, and needs your help beta-testing her website and program. Her website helps you track your home’s total energy use, and rewards your efforts to save energy! You can earn different levels of recognition – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Titanium – depending on how your energy use compares to others living in North Carolina and South Carolina.
To participate in this beta-test, you only need to complete a short anonymous survey and upload your electricity and gas bills once a month. Becky’s website will then provide you with a fun and interactive visualization of your energy use and suggestions for how to save energy.
Just click this link and sign-up to be a beta-tester and one of the first CertifiedSavers today!
As an added incentive, signing up on the website, completing the survey, and uploading energy bills for your first two months as a beta-tester will increase your chances of winning one of two gift cards to Healthy Home Market and Amazon.com!
Thank you for your support!
